It is important that your therapist is a good fit
Meet the Therapists
Psychotherapy
Henry Ternier, LPC, Founder
I seek to aid individuals in achieving their potential with many of the tools they already have. I also work with people to recognize thought and behavior patterns that tend to get in the way of them being able to thrive. I draw from the Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Solution-Focused, and Reality approaches to help overcome life's obstacles.

“Being in therapy does not automatically mean something is wrong with you. It is simply the process of taking a look at your life, seeing what works, and what does not, and making the necessary changes to propel you forward.”

Moesha Yost, LCSW
I am a Mental Health Therapist who specializes in child, adolescent & adult mental health. I enjoy being able to walk alongside others in their life journey and to be a stable, and consistent support in their life. I have been in the mental health field for over 5 years now working with various populations of those who have experienced trauma throughout various forms of life. I have experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders that consist of depression, anxiety, trauma, and additional symptoms. I am a big supporter of a person-centered approach and I value the individual as someone who is an expert on their own life and just needs someone to help bring that to the surface.
